We are happy to return full price and sale items from our online store within 10 days of receiving your order. For purchases made in store, please refer to your printed receipt.
- Returned items must be undamaged in their original packaging with all labels, tags, barcodes still attached.
- All items must be returned unworn with no evidence of scented deodorants or aftershaves.
- Please note the goods are your responsibility until they are received and signed for by us, so please ensure all items are securely packaged to avoid the possibility of damage in transit.
Return Shipping Costs
We do not cover costs of returning items to us unless faulty.
We advise returning any items back to us using a trackable service. The items being returned are the sole responsibility of the sender until they are scanned in to our warehouse.
If your order was eligible for free shipping, the cost of the service is £3.99 and will be deducted from your refund.
How To Return An Online Order
- Contact us at email@example.com and let us know if you would like to return or exchange your item(s).
- Please provide the details of your order in your email. We will need your order number and the description / size of the item(s) you would like to return or exchange.
- Ensure the goods are in the same condition you received them in, unworn and with the original tags still attached, NOT reattached.
- Please return the items via a trusted courier service (we recommend a tracked, insured service such as Royal Mail)
